Gotta be the Throne, such a powerful and sought item throughout the hotels history, it is good looking, holding a status by being a 'throne', uses warm, hearty colours, can be rotated all 4 ways, can't be double clicked (and thus, in earlier versions, couldn't be messed with, like a Bird Bath or Holoboy) is a staple currency for super rare level trading, and best of all, is useful as a seat, which hugs the Habbo form better than any other chair on the hotel, the legs don't hang off, the headrest isn't too low etc.
