Did some research. Found out A LOT.

I heard that I need to ********** more and keep my glans unexposed for a while. I also need to practise holding ejaculation in, and not to ejaculate prematurely. And that's what I intend to do!

My goal is to ********** at least once a day, and for at least 20 mins before ejaculating.

Also for those on about other sizes, 5 is the "real" average - that's as measured by the testers, the 6" theory comes from a test where people just told the researchers how big they were (and how truthful are people gonna be lol). In fact considering that those with really small ones aren't likely to go get themselves measured for fun, the true average is probably even less than 5"

It all takes time at the end of the day mate, im sure your not the only one. Probably by the time your 20 or younger hopefully it will be fine. It's absolutely nothing to worry about, a few of my mates had it. Now it's just normal, I hope this helps somehow?

And then I got onto trusty old NetDoctor.
