Although Call of Duty Seven is almost certainly going to be in the future, Treyarch, the designers and developers of the particular title, have not divulged any further information to us at this point. So Beta testing is therefore not even in our thoughts at this point in time.

Anyhoozle, to get things back on track, if they did something cold war style, it'd be what would of happened, giving them a blank canvas to create their own war me thinks.

But like I said it doesn't have to be war, it's the call of duty not the battlefield. Could be a sort of spy who has to interrogate and go around sneaking.

Cold War era music. Can I just state that the Cold War wasn't a bloody war? There was no fighting, only little spying. Not one bullet was fired during the Cold War so can you stop going on about how "they might be doing the Cold War co's they liscensed Cold War era music". Cold War era music? wth is that anyway, it lasted a while and it didn't have any music because it wasn't A BLOODY WAR!

But Vietnam sounds a bit pointless though, that War only happened because America wanted to warn the Japanese. I wont buy it, doesn't even remotley sound interesting. It's literally going to be you going around killing villagers who are defending their property from you. :/

There IS a BETA for MW2, it is not an open BETA and it's being played by official BETA testers.

As for this COD7, there IS a known Alpha release for the game, but very few people have access to it.

Exactly, it's a private BETA. MW2 is less than a month away, the private beta has already started.

The cold war was a war.

It bloody well weren't. The closest it could be to becoming a war is a metaphoric one. Was there anything slightly related to fighting in "The Cold War". Nope. Nothing happened at all apart from spying. If in CoD7 they were to do one thing related to do with the Cold War, it would have you in a room monitoring a chess game between a China man and an American* or maybe you're in a contol office listening in. Nothing would bloody happen. Do your homework Callum.


*-This actually did happen and is one of the most remembered thing about the Cold War as it was so ridiculous, the room they were playing in was filled with spies.
