So what you're saying is an incomplete Liverpool team beat a complete Manchester United team. Kinda' shooting yourself in the foot here...

is it my or was ferguson a game from being sacked after 6 years trophyless?
As roberto martinez said
"Ferguson has his group of loyal fans among other managers. Steve Bruce, who was his player; Sam Allardyce, who thinks he will be his successor at Old Trafford, and others. On the opposite side Benitez is alone and thus gets stick from all sides."
he's ok, but losing 4 games in a row and without torres and gerrard they're nackered, doesn't sound amazing lol

yeah congrats for thrashing united rafa xoxo
I love it when youflex like that
Anderson is good. It depends what you call good. He's definately good, is he world-class, no. Anderson is United's best chance of getting a "stand-out" (seems to be the buzz word at the moment) centre midfielder. He's only a bairn. He would get in about the bottom 12 clubs in the prem.Andersons not good. He has potential but he's not good yet. Nani, I think is under-rated but it will take a while for him to shine. Berbatov, again he's not that bad but not £30 Million. Hargreaves... he's a good player but has been a waste of money due to his injuries.
5-2?![]()
I've watched Anderson quite a bit of late and he is a good passer I give him that, but he can't shoot and can't really tackle. He has some good attributes but I think for all the hype over him he isn't that good. He could probably make in the top 9-10 sides team yeah, but that doesn't mean he's good enough for United. As you say he is young so maybe he will improve but for the money spent on him, was a let down.Anderson is good. It depends what you call good. He's definately good, is he world-class, no. Make your mind up, is he a lad for the future, or is he a waste of money? :SI've watched Anderson quite a bit of late and he is a good passer I give him that, but he can't shoot and can't really tackle. I have faith in the lad to become a top, top player. At United, he has the facilities to become that player. The best training staff, the best company in terms of skill and the highest level of performing having even played against FCB in the Champions League final.
For the money spent on him, I think he hasn't been worth it. I can't tell if he will improve or not but he is young so maybe he will but from what I've seen of him he's not worth the money paid for him. No doubt he will improve yes but I doubt he will be a top top player. He will probably be used as a Sub/First team on occasion. All I'm saying is I don't think he's worth the money paid for him but I suppose that's down to personal opinion.Make your mind up, is he a lad for the future, or is he a waste of money? :S

We'd probably beat Manchester United 2-1 (yes, Gerrard was there but was on the bench for majority of the game), and then we'd probably beat them 2-0 without Gerrard again (or various other key players for that matter). Not to mention a nice 4-1 somewhere in between.
I would also disagree with your point about this season being Liverpool's best chance of recent years. I would have seen last season as by far a better chance.
As for Alonso, there's no point making a player stay if they don't want to. That would probably only have adverse affects on the team.
Bingo. Also the point about Liverpool not winning the league in 15 years is just shooting yourself in the other foot (yet it still amazes me how mancs go on about it so often); if we haven't won for such a long time, and United are so great, then how is it after all these years of Liverpool not winning it, United have only just caught up?
There's more to football than beating United, not that Liverpool fans would have you believe that. I think he meant more of the long run in the league and guess what? As painful as it is Clowgon is right.
Because Liverpool were great, and now United are.Bingo.
