It will most likely pass, Europe has been different, and is different to the United Kingdom and always will be. The only real main objectors I can see objecting are possibly the United Kingdom and Italy. Germany and France are unlikely to object as the European Union is run by them, the Czechs have a pro-EU government in power so their President is in effect powerless, the Poles are in the same position.

Spain will not want to upset the European Union as it recieves billions in aid from the EU every year (hence why they have such lovely coastlines and such immaculate motorways, all funded for by the British taxpayer). On the other states more to the east and the south, they will most likely vote with this measure as they too are also recieving billions in aid (our money) from the European Union, the same with the Irish Republic.

You are forgetting, there are even limits on the size of our fruit and vegtables by the European Union down to the last mill in size, if they are too small/slightly irregular shape then they are chucked, simple as that. British farming suffers and so does farming all acrosss Europe, it isn't free market as they advocate, its command economy.

I am glad people are starting to question the European Union now, and people can see exactly what it is even though mainstream media such as the BBC tends to not report on issues such as these.

    LOL IRL.

The EU are taking the piss now, and if they do remove the consumer rights (of which they are obviously 'protecting'), then the European pisstake that is the EU will fail quite badly. What're they trying to do, make every country as failish as eachother?

Bloody EU! What's the need for this? :@ I like to shop, knowing that most stores will refund me if the item is dodgy. If this goes through, I'll be exceedingly careful where I buy from and if I buy at all... which I'm sure many people will also feel the same, so there'll be less sales.

Maybe our sane shops will still give refunds - actually, as I wrote that I realised you said they're BANNING refunds, so they wont even be able to, even if they wanted...

I laugh at this persons sources, lets just wait until something really happens before spamming this forum with right wing garbage.

Id rather click a link to watch those twins off x factor than click a link to the BNP's website.

Interesting that you have nothing else to say or even the ability to defend your European Union, but as they say; the truth always hurts.

I had a feeling you'd misinterpret this. You don't care about UK having laws changed and I would say this thread is aimed at the UK having laws imposed on it by the EU.

Then you should have made it more clear
This thread is about all of Europe having its laws changed, not just the UK
