I think it's safe to say that Habbo has always been a rip off, and will always be a rip off. You're not really paying for anything, are you?

It's probably because Ludus is giving away so much Furni all the time, don't need credits as much :P.

yeah and i thought that may be slightly harsh but it's rediculous what they ask these days there is such a thing as putting the price up too much so that people won't buy them.

They need to remember their target audience is kids who spend their pocket money on it ;l

You have only figured out now that the prices of credits are a rip off?

The prices of habbo credits were always a rip off and in my opinion always will be, you pay £8 for 100 credits lol. You can buy a throne off ebay for £10, not that anyone should as that's illegal .

An odd move in my eyes, I always thought 35 credits should have been increased to 40, and homephone to 45. :L

EDIT: You can now buy 12 for £1.50.

    Mobile Phone - SMS
Buy Credits with your Virgin, Tesco Network, Vodafone UK, O2, T-Mobile, 3 or Orange mobile phone!
    Close instructions
    £1.50 line = 12 Credits*
    £3 line = 25 Credits*

*plus whatever your mobile operator normally charges you for sending one SMS/text message.

    **Both amounts use different numbers**

How to buy with your mobile
To buy Credits from the UK via your mobile phone (SMS) you must be at least 16 and live in the UK.

    1. Ask for bill payer's permission.

    2. FOR £3 - Send the word 'HABBO' to 78881.
FOR £1.50 - Send the word 'HABBO' to 78889.

    3. Wait until you get an SMS back from us containing a special voucher code.

    4. Sign into Habbo and type the voucher code into your Purse to get your Habbo Credits.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a spending limit of £25 per week on this service.
PLEASE NOTE: the old number starting with 83 no longer works. Please use 78881 for £3's worth of credits or 78889 for £1.50's worth of credits only.
EDOT: I just bought 12 with some credit off an old sim but it gave me 15. :S

    25 might be 30.
