Drinking advice needed

Drink milk before you go out! Lines your stomach too so you can drink more without being sick.

I'm not a drinker...obviously...
but I have 2 friends that drink sometimes and they usually just try to drink water in between drinks...or some other kind of non alcoholic drink that wont make you sick. also be careful how much water you drink as it can lead to water poisoning just like with ecstasy, I recommend finding something that wont make you sick/a couple things that wont make you sick and drinking bits of them in between alcoholic drinks so you don't dehydrate. don't binge either, the more you drink at once the thirstier you get.

Never heard the term spirits for liquor before but I'm from Canada maybe thats why?

What do you guys call them? The hard alcohol?

We just call it liquor or if its vodka we call it vodka or rum, rum w/e the name we call it by that or just call it liquor...
