Well apprently it may not be allowed for him to own a fansite. Although you never know he probably twisted the rules here and there to suite himself.

I don't think that's the case, as Habbo.NL is the owner of the official radio of Habbo.NL -> Habbohut.nl (yeah, they couldn't even think of a name themselves)...
