Yep your right, legally, you create something, but i don't see much happening for releasing a habbo layout

*REMOVED*
a) I'm 16 (not 10, which is presumably your age) b) you're wrongtbh I LOL @ these people who claim to have copyright on their layouts/designs.
I remember a while back when someone said to me "Once you have made something its copyrighted to you", WRONG! You have to get copyright LEGALLY, so all these habtards, leet hackerz and the gang of 10 years olds make me laugh!
Enjoy
Lew.

I direct you to the section that says:
"This means that you do not have to apply for copyright."
You also might like to take a look at:
http://www.ipo.gov.uk/c-register.htm
Where it says:
"There is no official copyright register because copyright is automatic. There are certain steps you can take to protect your rights, but you do not have to register anywhere."*REMOVED*
Habbo or Non-Habbo layout, it's just a layout in the eyes of the law/copyright. Thus meaning the same rules apply to both.

The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."
