Well the killer is only revealed in the live ep, not necessarily arrested or killed or whatever.

I read last week about the only 6 people know thing that someone already posted, and that even the actor of the character wont find out until half way through the live broadcast? :S
Anyway I hope its not him because that would be boring. I think they have to make it someone really shocking or Im going to be disappointed, like Darren turning out to be Heather's babys Dad, no one expected that..

if you watched alan carr, you'd know they've recorded nine different endings (which will be live) because bianca and ricky (cba with real names) said that :| - there is nine different endings - they also said that the murderer is going to told half way through the live episode, they don't know. thats my point, end of.

they wouldnt have recorded the whole episode otherwise they would all know the killer by now. actually unless they did just record all 9 endings.
