    I have been looking for a house since september for school next year. Not going well lol.

    Yeahh Jealouss too btw what area is this flat in coz 50k im 16 and i wanan save now coz you flat ownss lol, yeahh what area is it coz flats in london are like 80k+

    Its in the north-east. And the mortgage payment is around 295 per month, however including bills your looking at around 550. pm. This includes maintenance which is like 500-1k a year, which pays for the concierge and the upkeep of the building. Its all sorted now, just waiting for it to be processed by the solicitors. :-)

    I never knew you could get a flat in this day and age for 50k.. unless it's COMPLETELY run down and immense work needs to be carried out.

    Are you sure it's not part buy part rent...? I'm absolutely astonish by the price.

    Nice little crib you got there. Bit outdated in the kitchen, bathroom a little.. but with a few quid, you'd be surprised what it could do to any place.

    it just depends what area you live in. And yea, the diggers are building the foundations for the new tyne tunnel
