A key note would be to remember you actually have to have been a member for the same amount of months to choose a gift. Like you still cannot choose the butler until you have been a member of HC for 22 months..

True, however if everything costs the same amount of "gift points", then they will all have the same value in terms of furni (in theory). So whatever you have unlocked, you could purchase and trade it for the HC item you want. Example, you could have up to a medieval bookcase unlocked but you want a butler, you buy the bookcase which has the same value as the butler because they all cost the same, then just find someone who has a butler already, but has no points but wants a bookcase.
People will still hold on to the old values of HC furni for a while, however once the number of people using the new system increases, valuing everything at the same price will become the norm.

It's a good idea apart from the fact that rares are going to drop in value. Not just the HC.

I quite like the idea, it makes people choose their gift which is nice idea but i think many people will go for the throne sofas or the club sofas. still it is one of the best updates habbo has made so far!

I think its a quality idea I have not actualy witnessed it myself yet and I proberly wont due to habboclub being over-rated but still a good idea x

Anyway, seems a fair idea, I guess it'll drop Club sofa prices, although it shouldnt as they've always been easy to get hold of, just by making a new account and making it HC.

I think for members of habbo club who have been members for years (gold hc) should get more points beacuse then they get to feel good about HC. still its not bad idea with these things.

Also, i think the rares that came out before collectables are now turning to seasonal and the new rares coming out soon are becoming 'Rares' thats my theory.

Right, I've been HC for 57 months now and in 11 days I get to pick a gift. Will I be able to grab a butler straight away or will I have to go 22 months without having a gift to save the points up for one? I'm slightly confused.
