Appealing to different markets. People on here are younger, therefore more likely to pay extra for something, i.e. they don't know the true value. Also, people on here will know what it is worth - £370 would be a realistic price, however I have had an offer locally of £335 and therefore classify this item as sold, pending payment.

£335 is a ****** offer, but I need the cash.
