Yes - (School, going out, etc)
Depends - (If it looks good, to cover scars, special occasions, etc)
Never

It's not necessary for any gender to wear make-up really. It's just more acceptable for women to wear make-up, but it depends what you judge as "wearing make-up". Some people do not consider men wearing mascara as men wearing make-up, as it's just one area, so people tend to not care. It's only really when you use that skin coloured make-up stuff (I know nothing of make-up) which hides blemishes that is considered make-up it's in generalised form - as it involves more of the face, while mascara is just a "touch up" of sorts - but it depends how you swing really. Literal make-up vs. perceived make-up. Women on the other hand, well, some are blessed with fine skin, some only use eyeliner and so forth. Make-up and women go hand in hand that it's not really worthy discussing.
I think I just wrote a blind, sleepless rant about make-up :S

Unless you are going on T.V, doing theatre etc. then I view males with makeup in their everyday lives just strange. It shadows the sort of masculine perception of a male.

I put a bit of eyeliner on 'cos i'm goin for the hungover gothic **** look, sometimes I like to make my eyeliner run just to add to the effect ;D
As you can see, I have basically got the look down to a t'
It's even better 'cos most my friends are borderline-chavs, not the full on scum variety, the lovely kind, so I stick out like a sore thumb, I love it!
omg how many commas did I use in that sentence, it was mad! oh my god there i go again!
I don't think they should wear it, Obviously treatment for chapped lips is an exception![]()
Unless it's to cover scars or you're on tv then it looks weird.
er never? unless it's to cover a scar or something like that it just removes all their masculinity really.

I never considered that. I guess some guys don't want to look masculine though, and prefer to pursue some other sort of physical appearance.
Even so, I enjoyed it![]()
I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.
