Look you can't always take it off you mind i know how you feel i lost a friend and a crush because a car hit him i was terribly depressed then my boyfriend dumped me i make a big mistake i cut my self it didnt help it put me in a hosipital the best thing you can do is see a greif consalor or talk to friends and family discuss it it really helps.

What you have experinced sounds VERY seriouse you should talk to people remember its not your falt, i know this for fact! i pent time in hospital due to depression that i don't really wan't to talk about. but you MUST talk to people
