of course , i just recently bought a new 10 plate mazda 2 from a dealership and they are fine with it . Providing its cash youll be fine but if you need finance youll have to get your parents to sign for finance even though the bike can still be registered in your name.

I advise you to not get a bike at all, but you're allowed up to a 125cc until you are 21. Make sure you get decent leathers and a good helmet.

Even if you say you will be careful, it's other people that are careless.
