Im asking your opinion so thats not bragging, Sorry but i thought the whole point of a forum was to DISCUSS THINGS.
I cant see how me wanting to talk to someone i can actually understand is rude? What the hell is the point of me talking to someone i dont understand talks 600x faster than me and talks aload of gobblygooch? You may as well put disabled people on the phone it would be just as useful.
They shouldnt have foreigners working the telephone anyway its like talking to a brick wall.
EL EM AYE OH
I went to the shop they said i couldnt change my adress there they were absolute idiots an told me to ring them up after i made a special trip into town to do it.Yes its rude. Overseas call centres aren't ideal but theres a lot of them around now so get used to it, he was only doing his job. You coulda just spoken to someone in the shop anyway, if you didnt like the bloke that was talking to you (though I dont think he would've been as rude as you've made out) you coulda just asked for someone else because he wasnt being helpful
It's quite rude and disrespectful tbh
How though..
Like seriously if i cant understand a word they are saying what the hell am i sposed to do? I cant change my adress in shop so i had to speak to someone over the phone they could be takin the piss for all i know. I dont get how no-one thinks its like talkin to a brick wall?

i dont really see the point of this thread, you're asking if its rude then not accepting it when people say it is...
I am acceptin it i just actually dont understand some peoples logic.
You created the thread asking the question, now you're answering it yourself and getting all protective when people give their opinion. Ignorant?Im asking your opinion so thats not bragging, Sorry but i thought the whole point of a forum was to DISCUSS THINGS.

..and yes, it was rude. The majority of call centres are now in India and far Eastern countries. It's cheap labour for the companies and it's helping the Indians make a living - it's a win win situation.
Don't like talking to them? Email them.
