Latest update - I got a reply from the C4H after waiting about 15 minutes. It said "The Call for help tool is to be used for abusive behaviour or account uses, we ask that you do not use it rashly". I tried to reply and I am blocked from sending calls for help for ten minutes because apparently my last call was "abusive"!

that is absolutely ridiculous, how can a c4h be abusive when you are simply asking for an account to be unbanned, using totally legit reasons; and when it should not have been banned in the first place

I thought you always got a pop-up warning telling you to watch your language before you were banned - how stupid.
This is terrible service from Habbo. You get banned for wanting to put your dog on cam, yet there is some people advertising "dirty c2c" on the Dating Rooms floor.

Yeah the email in the first page was sent to them but I rarely get a reply when I use that.

You won't because it's a Saturday, Monday they're always catching up with backlog from fri/sat/sun so could be tues/weds til you even get a reply.
