Basically upload an image somewhere and get the URL that goes directly to the image e.g. http://gihabbo.co.uk/alterations/Gom...ntPlastico.gif which goes straight to an image.

The put these tags in [img]INSERT LINK HERE[/img] (Insert link here being the url that goes directly to the image.

And it should come out like this:
