    Make sure you eat your normal diet as well though. Don't just really on drinking those

    Just eat more, **** protein shakes.

    I kinda never experienced being underweight but I used to be overweight for like 15 years of my life.. till i stopped eating unhealthy and carried on lifting/ playing rugby.

    try and eat about 500+ calories above your maintenence which is probably around 3,000. Try to cut as much excercise out as possible.

    When you reach a healthy weight maybe then you can start bulking and joining a gym. I wouldn't reccommend joining a gym straight away as you don't really want to increase your metabolism anymore.

    doesnt feel right not going to the gym. but i am going on holiday in around a month and i will be away for 2 months so i wont be going to the gym! and i always put on weight whilst im on holiday so it should be good. +repp
