When it comes to the PS1 I only ever played Driver, Destruction Derby and THPS really, although I'd only really want Driver and DD since THPS was re-released a few times I think.

It is still developed by the same studio in Newcastle but Ubisoft bought it a few years ago, so as long as Ubi don't hamper their creativity it should be fine.

Well if they're remaking it, it would make more sense to call it 'Driver: [subtitle here]'. Then even though that wouldn't be numbered, the next one after it (if they made another) would be called Driver 6 (because we have Driver, Driver 2, Driv3r, Driver: Parallel Lines, then this one) In fact, in the US Driv3r is the only one which hasn't had a subtitle.

That's doesn't sound great because it suggests it will be the original game but limited to the one city instead of all four. Although San Francisco was my favourite and it could mean they plan to release a new game for each city... Originally Posted by Tony-07
