All awards for individual things start now, or we'd have to backtrack forever, we'd get I WON MEMEBER OF THE MONTH IN JULY 2005! etc (i know it didnt exist but its an example)

It's better to start the individual awards from when the awards system was installed, it will be easier to manage that way.
