You probably weren't actually hacked...
I logged on my Facebook from another IP address whilst being logged in at my home PC and they disabled my Facebook account because they thought it had been compromised. Smart idea, a little too over-protective sometimes.

If you reply to their e-mail they'll reply with a link for you to follow to change your password... eventually.
