Staff pets get to be hobbas sometimes. It's their reward for being crazed staff lovers.

The reason the Habbos have similar IDs, is because they would have been offered badges at the same time - but of course they aren't allowed to get a hobba badge on their real Habbo name because people know their age and would complain. Im sure if you used the shockwave ID tool on Housekeeping you would find they are people like dbzone, Geglash, Rareoid, cheezy2. The usual.
