I listen to music or i have this sleepmaker application on my ipod that works for me - its basically just the sound of rain, but its been proven to help you sleep![]()
Funny you should say this. I find it a lot easier to get to sleep when there is people talking in the background and you drift in and out of sleep. I also find it really relaxing when there is rain hitting the window and I'm all tucked up
I'm actually trying to find somewhere where I can download sound clips of rain / people talking / wind / etc to put the on MP3. Will help when trying to get to sleep on flights..![]()

I read a few chapters of a book. It usually relaxes me enough until I get bored of it and start to feel tired.
I normally try to stay awake to go to sleep...
i know its confusing...
Remember trying to stay up all night watching tv when you were like 12 well thats what i do if i cant go to sleep i flick on the tv and get relaxed![]()
