but when i'm doing something, i'm usually thinking about that.

I hi that 7 second thing is true. Just people think it literally means.. 7 seconds and sex. But what it means is if you are watching porn let's say for 30 mins then that is 1800 second's. Then every 7 seconds on average could work out.
