Do you bite your nails

I used to all the time, and they got sore. I stopped though, now i cut them and file them to make them smooth

It's a quick and easy way to cut their length, don't see why guys at least have a problem doing it. Not sure about girls though.

Yeah and like half the skin too because I don't even notice I'm doing it. If I actively try not to I get really hungry because I need to constantly be doing stuff with my mouth () dunno why
