that only happens if you drink it all at once, aka extremely hard to do. you literally would have to be drinking water nonstop for at least a good 15 minutes for that to occur. but if you drink water fairly evenly throughout the day, there's no such thing as too much water.



, you shouldn't drink more water then you actually need to drink, I believe the medical term is Water Intoxication basically meaning a persons brain will swell so it's not able to carry out functions which is should be able to. It's recommended that you drink 2 litres a day.
