    that only happens if you drink it all at once, aka extremely hard to do. you literally would have to be drinking water nonstop for at least a good 15 minutes for that to occur. but if you drink water fairly evenly throughout the day, there's no such thing as too much water.

    therefore drink but don't exceed 1L unless u on dat GOMAD

    i heard a long time back probably via peta or some ****, that milk is bad for your skin.
    ACTUALLY NO IT WAS EMBARRASSING BODIES ON E4

    yeah drinking that much milk is really bad for your skin.

    unfortunately only a MAXIMUM of about 5 inches of your height is dependent on your diet, the rest is pure genetics. i drank soooo much milk the first 15 or 16 years of my life, im average height.

    true (if you dont brush afterwords). sounds weird cause calcium is supposed to be good for your bones, but the fat and all the other stuff in it totally is terrible for teeth and outweighs anything that calcium would do. and now that i think about it, i dont think your teeth can just absorb calcium anyway lol, it probably has to go through your body.

    yeah im only like 5" 3 i think (?) and im nearly the shortest in my year (10) so would drinking milk help at all?
