Allowing this to be said only encourages individuals to start using it often in the context of accusing people of lying. It would practically be us assisting users to cause arguments, and it isn't really necessary. If you want to say it in a jokey way, then you can just say something like "what a load of bull" or something. The filter is going to stay as it is.
