I tend to get them all year round, but I mostly get them through the transition from Autumn to Winter.

It's reference to the Common Cold, which is usually what Man Flu is.

I usually always get a cold over my birthday so at the start of summer

I dont have a specific season but I guess it's more towards spring/summer.

Knowing me, I'll get a cold on a good day like xmas or on holiday. :/

fall. ALWAYS around school time. but usually i only get colds 1-2 times a year and then i'm rarely ever sick other than that

If someone gets a cold, I'm very likely to get it! I've had colds throughout summer and now have one now!

I get them all the ruddy time. My immune system must be really suckish! I normally have a cold of varying severity throughout the winter and on and off throughout the summer.
