Good point I suppose. I just have an incredibly hard time thinking they will fix their horrible browser. But if they do it would make my job a lot easierYou could say that about their Windows Vista though in your eyes. You hate Windows Vista so you going to automatically hate Windows 7 too? No it doesn't work like that. You have to give each version a try, if it's still crap like the older versions then fair enough but you haven't even tried it out yet.![]()

I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.
It's expected to be released at around half 6 tonight, GMT.
Maybe it should say
"get ready for a more beautiful, unsafer web"
Been with FF ever since IE6 was released so quite a while now. I doubt I'll ever switch back but it'll be interesting to see what changes they're implementing.
How incredibly small-minded of you. IE only has the appearance of being the least secure browser because more people use it and more people target it. Look at firefox, they now have their fair share of bugs and exploits now they have a decent amount of users.
I think you should take more time to consider why you dislike IE, I'm sure you'll find a lot fewer reasons than you originally thought.
To the rest hating on IE: Microsoft have changed from the days where they just threw out any old thing, they now consider their user-base and emerging technologies (Not in every case, but a vast improvement from the days of old). If you're still basing it on the old days then you should grow up and get a clue.
Anyway enough of the small-minded people.
I shall definitely be trying the beta and look forward to using it soon. From the previews it's going to be a rather fabulous browser and I'm looking forward to seeing what they've done with the UI.

I'm going to give it a try, but I will never use it as my default browser.
I found this link on Neowin for downloading it:

It'll be interesting if/when people start using it as their main browserIt's one of those things you do not really expect, seeing as it's always been seen as a shipped-with product that people would rather replace as soon as they get it, with Firefox, Chrome or another browser. Microsoft and/or Windows seem to be doing a good job lately, with Microsoft Security Essentials and Windows 7 coming out better than expected, and Internet Explorer 9 looks to out do itself too,
