Your concept of tactical is somewhat different to mine. :p

Yeah, you unlock all perks at lvl 4 and are then free to buy any of them for 2000 cod points.

Probably Ninja, Sleight of hand then whatever else seems useful to my style after.

Probably buy the 552 commando first then work from there
