yeah cardio mainly though if i do i just condition because i need muscle endurance more than strength :-)

No but seriously, how long you been lifting? You taking any supplements? Some guy did one of those pics on his MSN the other day and it was horrendous, he's been lifting longer than I have but doesn't take anything and I swear that was evidence for myself that whey protein/creatine do work even if you're 'still developing'.
Dont take creatine unless you are planning to go into professional bodybuilding. It bloats your muscles with water just to make them look bigger. You shouldn't need supplements if you are eating correctly although the occasional whey shake wont do any harm. People who lift badly and are quite big are probably are above average genetic trainees who are still wasting away on their ****** gains which will gradually cease to exist, lift weights properly with good form and you'll see the true potential for years and years to come and the gains will keep rolling in.Nice toilet.
