What Is "Punk" Anyhow?

You destroyed it rightly Punk is a label just like everything else, and it seems whoever decides who fits where is totally warped...i saw a poll once saying

"Are Busted?:

Boy Band
Rock Group"

Seriously, punk is just a type of music, Pop-punk is a made up genre to make Busted and McFly look more rock (possibly made up by Top of the Pops and other shows like that), Green day are punk, one album doesnt change that.

Punk is not just a dress sense for one, and how can you learn a lot about punk from Good Charlotte when they aren't even a real punk band?
