I know for Sure that the Frozen Palm trees are tradable - bcoz i have 8 of them atm

The Frozen Lost Tribe Blocks are tradeable, The Frozen Bench is Tradeable - so its probably only the furni that costs under 10 snowflakes that cant be traded

Erm Habbo make loads of mistakes the Pets for example states you can have 50 in a room, if you ask a Moderator or the faq it states 5.

It sucks that it's tradeable because now everyone will use clones to get like 10s of these items :/
Its good though because otherwise people could only get one each!
I think the nellie is the best item, but a lot of people will probably think the same so there'll be lots of them, I think somethng like the pillar will be the best investment as not many people will buy them.

It really depends on what other people choose. I'm personally expecting few people to choose the pillar over the nelly/t-rex so that could be a good option, but then you have to think, will there be a high demand for a pillar? Probably not. Although, the ice pillar is quite nice compared to ordinary ones!
