I'm only worried really because my friend who is the same age as me has armpit hair already!

I remember being around 11 or 12ish and seeing a classmate who was more hairy than a chimpanzee. I also remember envying guys who were able to grow facial hair (although it sucks quite a lot).

Your day will come - not everyone's does at the same time or at the same age but it will come. You just have to be patient!

Some people start at different times and from my experience finish at different times. I started at around 12 or 13 but I didn't have a deep(er) voice until I was around 16. In a way, you could say I was a late bloomer. Facial wise, I haven't changed much at all. I still have smooth skin (although, I do moisturise) and I only have to shave one or twice a week and I'm 19. I rarely get any spots either. Looking older when you're under 18 maybe be "cool" because you may be able to get served for alcohol but once you're over 18 and you look middle to late 20s then trust me, you'll be happy that you didn't develop as fast as some people.

As for your "clear and sticky stuff", that's normal and you're right, it's not sperm, it's simply what carries the sperm (comes from the cowpers gland or sumin) but it means you're starting to produce sperm, otherwise you wouldn't get it. So in a few months or a year, it'll be "white and sticky stuff".

Don't worry about anything, when you time comes, your time comes.

theres no point worrying about it, itll happen gradually.
I started at 11-12 and obviously being 14 now (15 tomorrow cough) im still going through it.

Worrying isnt gonna make it happen any faster, so just forget about it and let it do its thing

maybe hes just a hairy *******? dont bother comparing. some guy got cacked (trousers pulled down) but his pants came down too and every saw his weener, it was small but he had hairy armpits. this was like in april so he was about 15. and some guy has epic facial hair already, my brother who is 19 doesnt have as much as he does. it varies.

I'm nearly 18 and still cant grow a beard, feels bad man.
My voice didnt break until I was 15/16.

Yeah i used to be worried about this, i mean im like the youngest out of my freinds, and if you have seen me i still look about 12 when infact in 16, Your lucky, i didnt start till i was 15, The seman ***** comes in stages, first of all its clear and slightly sticky, like one of them hench dogs saliver, then it just becomes like the jazz you see on .. if i can say it, porn. One thing you should know is never ever belive your freinds, When it comes down to boys and there ***** its a compotion of lies, dont feel like your diffrent ever, i didnt even notice my voice break, it just happend over about 3 months. Meh i feel wierd talking about this **** on here, to many haters can use it against me. feel free to pm for more.

Same fella im 16 and i have no facial hair, voice didnt break till i was 15 too.
