Used it quite a few times and never had any problems, it's a really good site.

The only issue I had was a book I ordered was a week late but that was due to the weather so yeah.

    Really good website.

Ordered my PS3 from there (£300) and it was delivered perfectly.

play.com are safe and they e-mail you telling you about your items, e.g being dispatched etc (usually takes 3-5 working days for stuff to come)

they are a very good safe website, so go get some stuff

Their delivery time can take a while and Amazon are always cheaper. So you're better off using Amazon.

I tend to use both play & amazon as most of the time the prices are slightly different... some dvd's i was going to get - some were cheaper on play & some were cheaper on amazon... so they are not always cheaper... i think it depends what you are buying really

I'm fascinated you've never heard of it before! They had a huge advertising campaign that went on throughout the year, with offline advertising (posters etc.) and TV advertising. It's one of the most popular online stores in the UK I tend to use Amazon.co.uk and Play.com along side each other, Amazon may sell things for more than Play.com and vice versa. They're about as good as each other
