Glad it's back and I have access again.
However, they seem to have removed my previous ideas and all other previous ideas. Would be nice if I could see what was accepted/declined .

Not a lot, but some stuff I think they've removed because they have the idea to do it and don't want people voting on the same idea again & to keep it more 'secret'

I think they just opened it for random users..

It's not random. They've chosen people specificly from each 'year' & different experiences of Habbo so they get a wider range of answers/ideas
