Minimum word count to be lowerd

By the looks of the way vBulletin is set up the "Minimum Characters Per Post" is set for all forums as it is in the main options in regards of User Posting instead of an individual option for each forum. So it isn't possible to change it for just the spam forum only using what we have have.

but of course any one word answer threads that have no real point get moved to spam anyway so it isn't an issue.

I see no need to change the values, if people want to pointless post then they will, if you need to write a short answer then no one is going to complain about '<longer>'
