Do you have problems in the rain, and when water touches your face?

Nope, only affects my chest + i think it's the chlorine in the water cos i tend to sneeze excessively while swimming but i'm used to it

I get it quite often when bathing/showering but only on my back, most notably my upper back.

Im pretty sure it will be the heat. I get this after having a shower and also always on my legs whilst at work. I work as a lifeguard and it is always hot and humid around the pool.
