I want to go see it for the laughs. However, looking at the trailer makes it look like the first movie just in a different setting. They look extremely similar.
Bonjour, la noirceur, mon vieil ami
    Je suis venu te reparler
    Car une vision piétinante doucement
A laissé ses graines lorsque je dormais
    Et la vision
Qui était plantée dans mon cerveau
    Demeure toujours
    Parmi le son du silence

They are really the same film and that's why it's getting a lot of negative reviews. However it worked for me and all those I saw it with.

meh people here were so hyped up over the first and when I finally seen it, I was like rly underwhelmed. Deffo isn't as funny as people make out. I'm in no rush to see this one.

saw it last night, was friggin hilarious. a great movie, but i still couldn't help but be annoyed that they had basically recycled everything from the first movie. though it did make me laugh harder than when i first saw the first one.

I loved the first film, can't wait to see the second, hopefully it will be just as good as the first.

It is what people say, it's a remake of the first bit still unbelivabley funny. As funny as the first so i recommend all to watch it.

From the opening scene the characters even state the same thing is happening, the opening quote goes somthing like this:

    Tracy: Hello?
    Phil: It's happend again
Tracy: As bad as the last time?
Phil: Worse, we ****** up bad; Real bad
Tracy: Seriously? What's wrong with you three?
Stu: Why does this **** keep happening to us

It's a great film and i can't recommend it enough to fans of the first

saw it yesterday and thought it was good (obviously not as good as the first one - but that's a given). some parts did really annoy me though, especially when the father finds out what happened, when the guys found out how it all started and the fact that the film was oh so predictible. the third film (which is inevitable) better not use the same formula.
