A couple of months ago, perhaps. There are always 4+ cannons on almost every world now because of the rising popularity of dungeoneering and the fact that there are bots. If you're lucky enough to even find a spot you'll be lucky if you aren't crashed within the hour so it's more like 1m/hr now.
