Personally, I think this is pretty ridiculous. I understand there were probably alot of influences in his life about getting all the latest gadgets, but selling a Kidney for that? I wouldn't sell my kidney for an IPad or IPhone any day. Meh.

It's not like you need both Kidneys and the NHS just takes it for free if one of your relatives need one or something. Might as well get payment for it.
