Me and the stacker are enemies. I used to play them every weekend like 5 times. I must of spent like £200 on them lol. I get to the last row all the time and it stops at the next one. Stopped playing them because its not skill based to be honest. The prizes have changed to crap ones now because the arcade has changed by instead of winning money, you win tickets now that you can exchange for prizes but you need like 100 000 tickets for a good prize and that is shocking.

They're so irritating, I was on block away from winning a PS3 on one and the block stopped in the space next to the stack, could've smashed the thing

Around Christmas time of the year they were released everyone was in a rush to get them and it was just impossible and on eBay they were selling around £300.

I've only wasted a quid on one at Cineworld once, the problem is some of the machine owners think iPod Shuffles and Photo Keychains make good major prizes :S

The best thing ever to happen on an actual crane type thing was in Ibiza. I was going for a Crash Bandicoot (which naturally I missed) but up came a Tweety bird plush that was being grabbed by the tiniest little loop thing around its head, designed to hang it up or something.

It was so awesome and I wanted to cry with joy. Nobody saw the momentous occasion though :|

This is true, but 300 is an exaggeration

We managed to sell one for £240, because as you said wiis were desirable and they were completely sold out everywhere.

On topic, I've never won anything of value from these machines

Omg I love Ingoldmells grabbers in BJ's yes the name sounds odd.

Anyhow, I played to win a Sid from Ice Age, and i grabbed it by its bum or head anyway, I get it to end it's Head hit the plastic plate thing and knocked it into next machine. My mum puts some money in that and wins it!

I usually go for minor prizes on stackers.
