You have to remember that habbox has a lot of younger users, and any one of them could go watching these videos. It works the same way as the filter, we don't do it for fun, we do it to stop younger members viewing it by accident.

We allow you to post videos that swear in a spoiler as well as post images that contain mild swearing in spoilers as it avoids the filter. The rule is there as they avoid the filter but videos are allowed to be posted as longs they are in a spoiler.

It gives users a fair warning as to what is inside. Whether they click it after that is down to them.

i don't see the point in even discussing this. it's one of the things that comes up every couple of months and it's the same every single time; the majority of users think swearing is harmless and the filter is pointless, yet management still insist that younger users may be corrupted and brainwashed by such vulgar, hurtful language. i think it's time that Habbox starts to cater for the majority, to be honest. we're not children and we're not exempt from all this in real life, so why put us all in a cotton wool ball here?
