Well you do have a point there although there was a lot of thought that went into allowing them to do so and it is still not allowed in their avatar unlike most other forums. It also becomes very apparent when somebody has more than a passing interest in the younger members.

I'm not really a big supporter of the 18+ section, but couldn't there be some kind of verification process in which, if you prove you are 18+. You can access that forum? All seems a bit over the top though!

Love how no-one comes up with omgamazingtotallybeneficial ideas like this until they've been done for breaking the rules. The mod PMs about sexual content have been flowing for years, it's nothing new. We've pretty much always (since it was relaxed from no sexual content at all) been told that it's ok to discuss it in general, but nothing graphic or in too much detail. As for an 18+ section, the only way that could be properly policed is through credit card checks like porn/gambling sites do, as otherwise it's really not difficult for people to lie and without those checks Hx would be open to all sorts of legal trouble depending on what sort of content went on in there - and if you just want to tell someone how many fingers went where in who then you can do it through facebook/msn or on Habbo. Anyone who you feel the need to tell will be contactable on one of those I'm sure

Yes, obviously. All the world is, but if you were to do in public, of course there would be trouble with the police. My point was, that's life with the law and the police, mind that this is a forum for teenagers.

And yeah, you're not going to get arrested for talking about it on here, but there's rules, and proritys.

I can speak to my friends in a sexual explicit manner in real life in public, obviously if I was being indecent and showing off my lady bits I'd get arrested but other than that it's fine.

Well I'm sure they don't approve of children posting in real life pictures of themselves. Indecent pictures or not, they're still children. Sure people post pictures on facebook but at least they have some protection against those who aren't on their list, on habboxforum they have no protection like that it's a public forum. I'd be more concerned about my child posting pictures of themselves to a bunch of strangers than hearing a few swears.

i agree tbh. . . there should be more of a limit on who posts pictures. . . espicially to older members looking at pictures of younger members. . . =/

Well lets hope you're not sick to do that in PUBLIC, meaning where there are people, kids, as in town centre's etc. And you'd sure get in trouble if you were reported for it. Obviously it won't hardly happen... And anyway, stop going off topic. It was just a point that this is a teenage site, for kids etc... It's not a right place to talk about sexual things, same thing with being in public. and i dont mean public as in your street or something.
