It's because when you made this post you didn't read the thread properly.
It's because he forced a refund through paypal and habbo automatically bans your account if you do that (Despite the fact he didn't receive coins for that purchase).
Chippiewill.
You should, Contact them through the Habbo Support tool : https://help.habbo.com/homeDear, Habbox Members
I loved Habbo and built several nice rooms, like the Christian Coffee Cafe, Wing Chun Dojo and Grace Alley ... plus several more. I have spent around $400.00 on this game !!!
After my computer locking up when buying credits one day, I came back later and made another purchase. Then my PayPal account showed two completed transactions. I asked PayPal about it and they (after researching the issue) refunded the first transaction for $9.95 to my account.
Then when I logged in this morning to my Habbo account ... it displayed this messsge ...
You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "Banneddue to credit payment chargeback (id: 2000444)". The ban will expire at12/31/22 8:24 PM Eastern Time.
I've been banned for 10 years with no email, no please contact us, nothing ... I am so upset !!! I contacted PayPal and my Credit Card company already. I am 39 and can retain a laywer if you guys think it will do any good, but being an overseas company ... I doubt it !!!
Can anyone please help me ... Does anyone know what to do ??? What kind of a company is this ???
P.S. Thank you in advance for all of your help and advice![]()
Sincerely, gotdirtywindows ... I'm a window cleaner in real life !!!
Thread moved by Infectious (Forum Super Moderator): From "Discuss Anything", as it is better suited here!
If that doesn't work, Contact them through their main line, : http://www.sulake.com/
They say they can't talk about Banned accounts on their main line, but if you mention something about a lawsuit, I'm sure they'll speak up!
If that doesn't work, You can also, make a new account.
And also the Company's name is Sulake, a Finnish company.
Goodluck! I hope you get your account back!
[NOTE] If all else fails, just make a new account!
Sincerely,
Carlos!
Thanks for the great replies guys!
Making a new account doesn't replace 2,400 credits and all of the hours surfing 1c shops trying to find the right furni.
I'm sure to get a IP BAN at this point ... PayPal just reversed $130.00 from Habbo to my credit card as they never even replied to the PayPal inquiry.
Guys, I did contact Habbo using the Support Tools, but there was no support at all. They never even replied. I mean, if they don't respond to a major business partner like PayPal, what makes you think anyone is going to reply to a general email box in support.
Once I get IP banned, which I've only read about ... how do I get back on Habbo with a new account and start over? This time with only one room so I can chat with my good friends.
Sincerely, Mr. Windows

3 questions
1. why are you still playing habbo at 39 years old
2. how are you losing sleep over a habbo account?
3. are you being serious?

you're 39? maybe you should stop habbo. after all it is a hangout for teenagers?
Bad enough that he's banned, only to be mocked by teenagers
Habbo is free for everyone, there will always be a population (if somewhat small) who arent within the normal audience

Anyone that thinks I'm the only so called adult on Habbo, is a noobHabbo loves adults, we have Credit Cards !!! You're just fooling yourself thinking you actually know anything about the habbo you're talking too. Trust me, this place is not a hangout for teens, I checked Habbo out before allowing my children to create an account. Guess what I told them ??? No way in HELL are you getting on there.
I read the rules and Habbo states that it is for ages 13 and older ... So if you want to harass people, go after all those underaged users that are breaking the rules, like yourself. I entered my true and correct birthday when I signed up and guess what, it was an option. I seen that Habbo could be used for good and decided to buid a Christian Coffee Cafe for people to chat in
For those of you who care and are following this thread, Habbo has finally replied to me after 15 days !!! Please feel free to read their email below.

Hello,
Thank you for your email.
On 03/Aug/2011 you purchased Credits via Paypal, The purchase/s were then later cancelled, yet you still received the credits.
In order to have the ban removed from your Habbo account you will need
to remit the amount of the transactions to us. The funds must be paid
via Money Order, in US funds. The money order should be made out to Sulake.
The total amount needed to remove the ban on your account is:
USD 9.95
The Money Order should be sent to:
Sulake, Inc.
2101 Rosecrans Avenue Suite 4260,
El Segundo, CA, 90245, USA
ATTN: Credit Department
To ensure proper handling, please include both the Habbo name and the
words "PAY OFF" -- either on the Money Order or on an attached piece of
paper. If this information is not included the funds will not be applied
properly and the ban will not be removed. Once the payment has been
received the ban will be removed. If you wish to receive an email
notification when this occurs please include that with your payment.
Thank you,
