i still do it its hard to get off it ruins ur accademic performance and ur physical one too i cud be a better athlete if i didnt smoke but its too late dont get involved in it

Dont bother. You will just be dissapointed. And to the people saying things like "It stops other from pressuring you", dont be so foolish to think that.

I dont care what people say, I have said no loads of times and I have never found it difficult to say no. People dont ask me now because they know I wont, but I still get invited to parties and stuff. Saying no hasn't affected my social life or anything like that; it is only weak people that think it will. If anything, my friends dont mind coz its an extra cancer-stick for themselves.

As for whether you can get addicted on one cancer-stick, I think it depends on the person. A lot of weak-minded people - normally the ones that can't say no - think that because they have smoked one that they are now addicted.

They are wrong, but by thinking that they end up becoming dependant.
