The plane I think, needs to be longer. The wings on a concorde are long but on your one, it starts and ends in the right play so really it just needs to be longer. The tail thing (too late to think) needs to be a bit more stretched on the end of the plane.

Chrrizard, what do you mean by full sized? Like the real concorde or guest room sized?
