You have to remember, most the moderators will only go on habbo to do their job - they don't have any reasont to visit fansites, or know everything about the game.

I think this is a pretty good point and I see where you're coming from although you'd think they would be told the names of the official fansites. Saying that, I understand that retros and hacking sites have quite similar names to the fansites.

Yeah, indeed they should be - and logic says they would check the official list if they didn't know the fansites on it. But then I guess you could argue, some of the moderators don't even realise there is an 'official list' :L

But yeah you are right on that> Especially when links we allowed to be posted - hcbbox.com is a good example of what could be used as a scam site (sorry fi that actually is a scam site.. I don't have a clue :L)
